Built differently.
On purpose.
bexline exists because of a gap we kept seeing: companies full of specialists, drowning in tools, with nobody who understands how the whole machine fits together. That understanding is our product.
"Specialists optimize the part. Operators optimize the whole."
The founder
Mátyás Maráczi
bexline is led by Mátyás, an operator whose career has been one long exercise in connecting departments that do not talk to each other.
Working inside the owner's office of a global digital group, he has restructured the operations of a $100M+ media business: reconstructing its finances from raw reports, mapping the knowledge locked in its key people's heads, auditing hundreds of contracts, and designing the leaner operating model that followed. Before and alongside that: e-commerce brands built and run, high-traffic content platforms managed, marketing systems wired, payment and infrastructure decisions made.
The meta-skill is not being the best programmer, marketer or accountant in the room. It is speaking all of their languages at once: development, content, advertising, manufacturing, e-commerce, SEO, support, payments, infrastructure. That breadth is what lets us place AI and automation where they actually belong in your business, and ask the questions specialists forget to ask.
$100M+ group restructured
Operations mapped, finances reconstructed, knowledge captured, headcount model redesigned. The flagship engagement behind our method.
1M+ visitors managed
Content platforms with over a million monthly visits: SEO, redesign, monetization and AI content pipelines.
Own products, own money
We run our own e-commerce and AI products, so advice is tested on ourselves first.
What we believe
Strategy before execution
We never build before we understand. Every engagement starts with the map, so we solve the right problem.
Full-stack thinking
Brand, web, marketing, automation, data and compliance are not separate projects. They are one system, and they only perform together.
Measurable or it did not happen
Every project carries a number: revenue, hours saved, conversion, margin. We report against it, publicly, both ways.
Automation by default
Our own operation runs on the same automations we sell. We would not ship what we would not run.
Long-term partnership
We grow with clients over years, not campaigns. The best work happens after the third project, when we know your business cold.
Honesty over upsells
If you do not need us, we say so. If a cheaper tool solves it, we name the tool. It costs us projects and wins us clients.
Work with people who see the whole board.
Bring us the messy, cross-department problem the specialists keep bouncing back.
